MARINE CORPS MARATHON 2011 – RUN for the BIADC!!

Marine Corps MarathonThe BIADC has 25 slots in the Run for Charity Program of the DC Marine Corp Marathon (MCM) which takes place October 30, 2011. If you, or any runners you know, were ‘shut-out’ in regular registration on February 23rd, or if you just want to run for a worthy cause, please sign up to run for us.

We are very excited about this opportunity to provide slots to runners who will help us raise funds and increase brain injury awareness. Not only will you be realizing a major personal achievement by running in the MCM but you will also be helping survivors of this ‘invisible injury’ and their caregivers. Thank you so much.

How to Register to Run the Marine Corp Marathon on Behalf of the Brain Injury Association of D.C.

Thank you for choosing to run on behalf of the BIA-DC. Please review and complete the registration form below. There is a minimum fundraising goal/registration fee of $500.00. However, we invite you to raise more money if you are able to do so. We realize that you may need time to raise the $500.00 minimum to run for our Charity, but we do want to alert you that registration officially begins on June 1st, 2011 and ends August 10th, 2011 for Charity Registrants that will be submitted by the BIA-DC.

Only those runners who have sent their $500.00 to the BIA-DC can be registered.  The sooner you submit your forms and your donation, the sooner you will be on the official MCM mailing list, and then will you receive your runner’s packet.

These forms can be scanned and e-mailed to Lauren Krivitzky at LKrivitz@childrensnational.org, or mailed to the address listed below. You must submit your money to the organization when you submit the registration form.  
You can submit your donation two ways.
