Brain Injury Association Membership

Serving Washington, D.C.

By joining the BIADC you will be truly making a difference as we begin the establishment of our organization to help persons with brain injury and their families in the Washington, DC area. In addition, by becoming a member, you will be notified about meetings and conferences, ways to volunteer in advocacy and information dissemination, and how to obtain informational materials that the BIADC provides to its members to further our efforts in improving the lives of those affected by brain injury.

Membership Categories

Regular Membership $25.00
Regular membership will be granted to individual survivors, family members, caregivers and others who desire to participate in the activities of the BIADC and promote the mission and goals of the BIADC and the BIAA.

Student Membership $10.00
Student membership will be granted to individuals who are pursuing education in a field related to brain injury or who just desire to participate in the activities of the BIADC and promote the mission and goals of the BIADC and the BIAA. This includes, but is not limited to the fields of rehabilitation, medicine and therapy. Name of school, college, or university must be provided.

Professional Membership $50.00
Professional membership will be granted to persons who desire to participate in the activities of the BIADC and promote the mission and goals of the BIADC and the BIAA and who provide professional services to individuals who have experienced a brain injury or who educate such professionals. This membership is not construed as an endorsement by the BIADC of the member, profession or organization with which the member is employed.

Corporate or Organizational Membership $100.00
Corporate or organizational membership will be granted to a corporation or organization, including a government agency, that desires to participate in the activities of the BIADC and promote the mission and goals of the BIADC and the BIAA through active application of their professional knowledge and skills. One person from the organization will be named as corporate representative and will have voting privileges equal to individual members. This membership is not construed as an endorsement by the BIADC of the participating corporation or organization.
